Everyone I spoke to when I called to book the appointment and then when I dropped her off was incredibly kind, understanding and thorough when discussing how to handle my anxious dog’s appointment. I think this has been the best grooming experience my dog has had!! She looks amazing, smells great, nails are very tidy and when I picked her up she didn’t seem stressed. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and gladly booked another appointment with Jessie as her groomer.

Sir, In response to your review and watching several videos of you while in Kyliana’s Suncrest store I must say Kyliana and her staff followed our return policy to the tee. These policies were put into place to protect our customers and their pets.The return policy is printed on every receipt and is very clear.
