"I’m 66 years old here in 2024. And I can remember the building Pete’s is in now when I was in my 11th or 12th grade being built. The store was named the Batum Chef I believe at first. Then I think Pete’s opened it later. Anyway has been serving good food for a long time. There is several Pete’s in the area, but this is the only one that I believe the guy that owns and cooks there is named Pete. His Hotdogs and Cheese burgers are delicious. Homemade onion rings. And his Fries are always hot. Fair prices too."

Pete's serves the standard drive-in fare of hamburgers, hot dogs, and sandwiches. The place is small, and it gets extremely packed for Friday night football games. Decor is bland, you are clearly not supposed to be concerned with what the restaurant looks like when you dine here. Quality of the food is pretty good, but nothing to write home about. Good for when you want a burger better than the local fast food.
