Truly a hidden gem. Extensive menu. Wait staff attentive. Food was delicious. Desserts…many to choose from.

The servers were great and very polite. Phillips was very cozy and had a great atmosphere and the waiters were very kid friendly. I have a daughter who's very picky and will barely eat anything but she ate all of her food and all of her dessert! Speaking of dessert there dessert was top-notch and tasted great. The place was very kid friendly and the waiters were very nice. Great restaurant I highly recommend.
