"This is open on the first day and overall it was a great experience. The Spring Rolls were really good and Rare Beef Noodle soup was one of the tastier I had. All I and my husband did seemed to come with Cilantro, not a problem, but if you are among those who do not like it, make sure you are held by your plate. The staff was really friendly, with more than original waiters to keep on checking on our table. The kitchen was a bit slow and one of our entrees came out clearly later than the other. I'll send it to Hic-ups until the first day, so look here for future visits to Edits."

If you don't have Vietnamese cuisine in Mississippi, this is your place. The Pho Broth is the new tasteful buds. But if you want Authentic, you need to ask. Either the breadh is tasteful, not slandering. Eat it when it is hot and steaming, do not wait for the steam to die. Great staff, great waitress, great service.

Threatenedly enjoyed my visit. The spring rolls with peanut sauce were fresh and delicious. The Pho was brilliant, but I wish they had a few more choices for proteins on their Pho. Clean, beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff and good food. Natchez desperately needs the variety of cuisine and that fits perfectly. Will definitely return to try the rest of their menu.

Authentic Vietnamese... So delicious!! Ask the Fried Wings in Fish Sauce, as some Natchezians complained about the authentic smell of fish. They are so crisp, so moist, almost buttery (both to me). And the Pho soup is comfort for the soul. I get all 3 meats (Meatballs, Rare Beef, even if the tasty broth cooks the beef, and cannot remember what's the other) The owners/workers are also authentic. They show real appreciation for those who come by.
