"The food was pretty good, though perhaps not a good as other Vietnamese restaurants. There is also a blend of non- Vietnamese food, which could be good or bad depending on your preference. Two things that I didn't like:1) chopsticks were served resting on the plate/ bowl so that they weren't clean when you received them due to whatever dish you were being served getting on them when your food is brought out. You had to clean the chopsticks at the table or get food on your hands.2) the obnoxious Christian music being played loud enough that it was very difficult to ignore. It wouldn't have been bad enough to mention had it not been a loud as it was. You do you, but I don't care to be assaulte...

Service was slow. Food was really not great compared to lower 48. Won't return.

Absolutely amazing. I got the Panang curry with chicken and it was just the right amount of spicey. Definitely recommend! Thai iced tea is also great, very good overall.

So happy to see the success of this family. I remember back around 2010 when they took over the old Chinese Kitchen location, looked sketchy at first but we tried them out and they were amazing. Came with a friend one night and my card was declined when we went to pay, had no other payment method. Felt terrible, promised to come back with cash, the lady who owned it was so sweet. Told us that she understood, times were hard, we were young boys, she understands. Not only was sweet but sent us out the door with more food to go that we hadn't ordered. Obviously came back and settled ASAP. Now they have multiple locations in Anchorage, but still the same sweet family. Thank you.

"2021- update I love the store front expansion that they’ve done this year. Today I drove Just to come here and grab some Macarons. I love the cookies and cream, Fred Flintstone, red velvet, marshmallow chocolate, almond joy, birthday cake, root beer float, peanut butter and jelly, bananas Foster, rose lychee, Blood orange, maple bacon, Earl Grey, strawberry lemonade, chocolate mint. They do have seasonal/holiday flavors, i wont them all but My favorites are: Pumpkin cheesecake, strawberry rhubarb, Neapolitan, ginger bread eggnog, peppermint bark, chocolate covered strawberry. I really enjoy when I get to see the owner inside the shop he’s often doing deliveries but during lunch rush you can sometimes see him in there. He’s such a nice guy I really like him and his staff are always very friendly fast and knowledgeable. Which is why I will always come back. Often my family will give me for Mother’s Day or my birthday a gift card to go to Sweet Caribou or they pick up my favorite because they know what I like to come so many times. OK novel over 2019- The best. Amazing. Great price. Desserts for everyone i love the blondie cupcake. But my Fav is macaroons i have gotten them from all of their past pop up stands such as: Sears mall, Saturday market, the state fair and now their own store front. They have come alo g way. They do custom orders and the owner is such a friendly guy. Worth the hour drive from valley just to go their."
