"This restaurant was recommended to enjoy more Navajo food . We arrived late lunch 2ish, our first server was end of shift. I was on the verge of leaving and had stated to our party of 4, I am leaving in 4 minutes if we do not get service. The hostess jumped in to be sure we were served more promptly. There seemed to be many employees walking through the dining area with no direction or purpose. Our drinks were NEVER refilled. We soon wished we ordered the soup/salad bar."

"Tuba City McDonald's was quite an experience. I walked in with my two daughters today to get us something to eat and there was no greetings or welcoming. So my girls wanted to play but my hands were too full too even find a place to sit. Customer service was ridiculous due to no customer service. I asked for my meal to go and obviously I couldn't carry everything out being one person so I asked the person behind the the counter if I could get a large delivery bag and she offers to give me a small bag while I clearly I asked for a big bag for two Happy Meals and one medium size meal bag and on top of that they didn't even offer me a drink carrier for three cups. No wonder why people prefer drive thru."
