"As I was too distraught to write about this, my experience tonight, I enlisted the help of chatGPT to elucidate my concerns: As someone who has also enjoyed their Jalapeno Poppers in the past, I share your disappointment. However, I must say that a Jalapeno Popper that falls apart when you take a bite is nothing short of a disaster. It 's a fatal flaw that completely ruins the experience, leaving you with a mouthful of soggy breading and a lackluster taste. Not only does this ruin the taste of the popper itself, but it also reflects poorly on the overall quality of the restaurant. After all, if they can 't even get their signature dish right, what hope is there for the rest of the menu?I urg...

I used to love ordering from here, but the last couple of times that I've ordered, the food has just been very dry, especially the chicken. They give you the thinnest piece of dry, overcooked chicken ever. Then, on top of that, the sun-dried tomatoes that were on my panini were actually sunburnt. Overall, it was just disgusting. I threw it out, and I honestly can't believe that they actually gave anyone that. The fries were the only thing edible, and I lowkey deserve my money back.

This food was absolutely delicious. I provide lunch for my offices all of the time and I know when it's a hit... they over thank me for it lol. That happened today. I ordered the individual meals.. some with balsamic chicken and some with chicken parm, with sides of lobster ravioli in a pink vodka sauce, and a Waldorf salad. Everything was so very tasty. The balsamic chicken.. I could eat that everyday. Chicken was tender and the sauce was light and amazing. The lobster ravioli was so rich and delicious. Will use them every chance I can!

Ordered through Door Dash, it allows you to add in special request however when I called to verify the guy who picked up the phone was extremely rude and not helpful at all . Every time he would say he was going to ask a question to see if they can accommodate the request , you can still hear him on the phone and not talking to No one , get back on the phone and say no they cannot. The question was only asked if I can change the sauce provided with the chicken tenders .Then tried to say they’ll just add the sauce and charge me $1.50 for extra sauce for my chicken tenders, when I was just trying to change the sauce in the first place. He kept cutting me off , he was just really rude and nasty...

"We were there celebrating two birthdays. Our server Faith was wonderful. She was attentive without being intrusive and knowledgeable about the menu. We were a table of 6 and ordered quite a bit of food, some of which was great and others lackluster. The bao buns were great and the small calamari salad was huge and those who had it said delicious. The spareribs were good as well as the edamame dumplings, although the way those were served made it hard to fully enjoy. Each dumpling should be on a individual type spoon so you can enjoy the soup part as well as the dumpling. The way they were served in one large bowl with only one spoon made it so the soup part is left at the bottom. I did request extra spoons from the expediter but they never came. The worst part of our appetizer course was somehow an item was switched to another in the computer and served to us. It had shellfish in it and that wasn’t known when someone at our table who doesn’t eat shellfish ate it. The sashimi was good but the tuna tartare thing was really bad. The entrees we had were the duck, which I was told was delicious, the miso cod, which was fishy, the whole fish which was tasteless, the lobster fried rice, which was okay but lacking flavor. The best dish was the black pepper beef, it was delicious and elegantly served. We had all the sides and all were quite good especially the eggplant and the wasabi mashed potatoes. It was a nice evening but it felt a little stale for a Starr restaurant."
