The po boy was also very tasty but the seitan was mostly fried to the point you couldnt taste the seitan. But it was crunchy and chewy awesome texture but actually made my jaw too tired to finish eating it lol. And the po boy bread was lowkey dry so i microwaved it to soften it up. Anyway i just wish these vegan places had more interest in seasoning. It was delicious but added my own seasoning at home (just some old bay) and it was a lot better.
