"Not your traditional Mexican food place unless you like a bit of tex Mexican. The service is a hit or miss depending on how busy it is. Majority of the food lacks flavor and most of the time burnt or old tasting. I gave it so many chances but it didn't convince me after several times going. It's a small little spot but not so safe due to many homeless that sometimes harass you for no reason. The only thing I recommend is the chavelas and the home made tortillas but that's it."

Food was good. We had the wet burrito and flautas plate. The wet burrito was ok, average. The flautas were really good. Everything was fresh, the beans were yummy and the rice was soft and delicious. The restaurant was clean, spacious. The service was good. Nothing extra special but they got the order right and smiled. Restrooms needed attention. Overall a good experience. We'll go back again.
