"Last night was the worse case of customer service ever! Three girls working..the first two were big the checkout was terrible. Rude. I had a few vouchers if you would buy a sub, get free chips or drink or a cookie. Katie was her name, who knocked her out of my hands, then threw 1 back n said she could only have worked 2 of them one per foot long id baught 3 all my coupons. Then I asked about my cookies id ordered very rudely said that they do not keep sick they go in the other pocket.. I was mocked by such a terrible customer service. My grandson is 7 and he cried when he assumed he got the free little drink, he even said how rude the girl was that I had to apologize to him. If you hate your job so much and it showed a lot yesterday evening, why are you in customer service. My son never says anything about anyone's service he did last night. I don't know if it's the young girls or the second shift, but I or we were just tied with Katie and her non-professional behavior. We weren't rude to her. That doesn't make our business important. Very disappointed perhaps the management team should check in with the girls or 2nd layer..fyi one night we were not told bread, but the girls were happy to close early, no signs waited nothing our order and then said no bread smh! And the bread was burned!! And very rubbery could not eat the other half of the sub just the vegetables and small amount of meat with a fork. Maybe. I just have to call to see who works and that's not fair for me because I'm a paying customer. I never had problems with the subway. It is always clean good service and nice customer service friendly. Very disappointed last night!!! I'm not trying to discourage someone not going to the subway, it's just my experience last night, it'll take a while before I go along, a person will make the whole shift and crew and management team look bad, because that's sad. I usually don't post bad reviews, but this girl needs a reality check on customer service, or if she hates her job so bad, turn off customer service. To the management team, the girl that catches this on your attention, I do not provide any personal information, she knows how to reach. Thank you management team for the treatment of the question."
