"Pop Tea Bar is located on one of the quieter streets of this area. It is a small shop and it is easily missed. Parking is street parking right out front, there is a parking garage I saw across the street, but I am not sure if it is public parking. Ordering is through their kiosk. I tried the green milk tea with boba and my bf tried the mango ice slush with boba. The milk tea was a bit on the stronger side, I wish it was more creamy, but overall, it was decent. My bf enjoyed his mango slush, it was a sweet, but a bit tart. I saw that they have banh mi sandwiches, I will keep that in mind for next time."

The bahn mi here is so good! It has a good ratio of veggies, meat, and bread. The sandwich is quite thick and big. I also got a lavender milk tea with boba. The boba has a good texture of chewiness. I got less ice but the milk tea tasted watered down. Would definitely come back here for their bahn mi!

Went to Pop Tea Bar a few weeks back for the first time. Got two, classic boba milk teas (no ice ? , 50% sugar) at $4.75/each. It seems like 50% sugar was too light and it didn’t taste particularly good. This could be better at 75% or 100% but there’s so many good boba shops that I’m not sure if I’ll go back. If anyone else has been or goes and likes it, let me know but I’m going with 2.5 boba balls out of 5 (rounding down)

"We wanted a hole in a wall place to have lunch while in this area. We looked up this place ahead of time and headed over here after our morning activity. Has their own lot and two men and women restroom located outside in their parking lot. Indoor and outdoor seating. We opted for indoor and the man who checked us in got us a high chair for our little one. Lamented menus and the decor is very outdated and homey. Service is a minimal which we are perfectly fine with. The food took a while to come out even though we arrived shortly after they opened at 11am and it wasn't overly busy. Yaki Onigiri $6.95 (2 pieces. Grilled rice balls, soy sauce butter flavored, no filling Well done. All three of us were able to enjoy this. Came out pippin' hot! Dohatsuten Ramen $16.25 (Spicy garlic minced pork, shredded chili, chashu pork, stewed taro pork, cabbage, carrots, green onions, chives, bean sprouts, nori seaweed, half egg My husband's. He enjoyed it. Taro Pork Ramen $15.95 (simmered tender pork belly, green onions, bean sprouts, spicy bamboo shoots, nori seaweed, half egg* extra noodles. We both got ours with Tonkastu broth. Unfortunately, I felt like the broth was spicy. I don't like spicy and we came with our toddler in which I was sharing my noodles with. I can eat spicy but it doesn't make my dining experience enjoyable. My pork belly was soft and delicious. We won't be coming back unfortunately as I don't want to be surprised by a spicy broth. Price point is good."
