"I was in your Lynn Haven, FL location. A waitress named Sandra just started yelling across the dining floor at a very old couple that wanted to sit in a booth away from other customers. Yelling they couldn't sit there because that section was closed. It was very loud and obnoxious. The time was 5:24pm Sunday, May 29. The old couple decided to leave due to her rudeness. My family and I were about to leave because of her behavior. There were 2 uniformed Sheriff's deputies that got up and left due to Sandra's behavior. They entered and were seated at the same time we were. But, our waitress showed up with our food and felt our innocent waitress should be punished for Sandra's yelling at thebold couple. I asked her what her name is she said Sandra. I said it was rude for her to yell across the restaurant. She said she understood that, but she had already told them they couldn't sit there. She felt justified to yell at them. Extremely rude behavior. She is not representing Po' Folks Restaurants in the way I have always experienced your restaurants"

"* update update update update I am impressed by the owner! While I did not try to contact him after his posting and to ask me, he went beyond my personal expectations. first he took the time to comment on my review. most owners do not react whether a positive or negative assessment. this shows that the written word of publicity is influential for the business. secondly, he took time, based only on my assessment, and found my ticket and reimbursed our meal. without knowing until I balance my account. I have to say that that was completely unexpected. with what is said, I change this evaluation of a to a . his efforts and actions raised this evaluation 2 solid star. Hopefully he takes his business method back to his employees. it still missed stars because of the incredibleness of the garnels, the action of the waitress and the prizes that were higher than we expected before we left. we were many years of patrons, especially because I love their traditional wings. I knew the prices had risen there and everywhere. I can return for some delicious wings, but I will suggest definitiw after price proposals. I will be this place for friends and family with the additional information of: 1) the prices can be a little high and 2) the owner is fair and open to hear about problems. waitstaff come and go, so maybe the stars are bad for us in the night *we would often come on wings and the waterson. it's been a past since I was back, but my husband would occasionally eat with a friend. how the price of the wing escalated! good over a dollar per wing is expensive and the sauce on them is now minimal. some had no sauce at all. we ordered the boom boom garnel again (I had them when they first came out in the restaurant.) they were terrible past fresh for the garnels and had gone bad. neither of us could eat these garnels and we asked if the waitress could take them out of the bill. she said: yes, sure, I can and took the leak back. Unfortunately, she didn't take it, but gave a discount of $7. we left 8 garnels on the teller! So, beef o’brady’s, they have lost us as customers. we had great times, but not anymore."
