"This place seems to be getting worse and worse. They often forget their side dishes or serve whatever they feel like. Recently, they didn’t include the fries and green beans, which are two of their best sides. The food no longer tastes fresh, and the wait times are getting longer. I’ve decided I won’t be returning; I've been disappointed too many times. They also don’t answer the phone when I try to complain about missing items that I’ve paid for. It’s really frustrating! I used to recommend them for being consistently fresh, but now the long wait times are really making me reconsider my choices."

I love this place! I'm especially going for the strawberry limonade! they are soouo good! the staff is also very friendly! I wanted to give vickie a quick scream who works there! she is brilliant, helpful and very pleasant!

I absolutely love the chicken from Popeyes! The Valparaiso location has a fantastic team that prepares the food perfectly every time. I would gladly go out of my way to visit this location over any others. It's my favorite spot for chicken!

I had an incredibly positive experience at this Popeyes location! The service was not only fast but also very professional. I can confidently say that after all my years of enjoying Popeyes, this was the best meal I've ever had. The staff genuinely seem to care about their work, which made a big difference. The food was fresh and perfectly seasoned. This has definitely become my go-to Popeyes!
