I've stayed here 3 times and have never been disappointed. Until my last visit. We were in room 310 I believe. It needs updated. It was clean, great view, comfortable beds…just needs a bathroom makeover. We were in room 810 but I have a service dog amd was moved to 310 Great staff.

They have only one handicapped accessible room, and it has only one bed. My grandson, who booked the room for me, specified that there should be two beds because I was traveling with a caregiver. In order to get a room with two beds, we were moved to a room with no handicapped access to the toilet or shower. The bathroom door in that room was damaged. I don't recommend this facility unless it is renovated.

I wouldn’t advise staying here. We waited two and half hours trying to check in and they couldn’t find our reservation and couldn’t honor the email we had with recipe showing payment and check in date etc. also to start it off bad the first 45 minutes was waiting to even get to the desk because it was check in time and only one person working the desk. Just highly advise go somewhere else. They are only 3 stars for a reason.
