"We were promptly seated at the restaurant, but unfortunately, we had to wait more than 15 minutes before our waiter returned to take our drink orders. We were surprised that he wouldn't take our drink orders until we were ready to order our food. This meant that we had to rush to make our selections just to get drinks. The wait was so long that I had to go out to my car to get a bottled water. When my salad arrived, I didn't receive any silverware, so I had to retrieve a fork from my car as well. Unfortunately, when our main courses arrived, the food was cold and overcooked, with the burgers being burnt. We also had to request more silverware and napkins, as our waiter only brought back 1 spoon and 1 knife for a table of 7. Additionally, there were no refills given until just before we received our checks. Despite requesting to speak with the manager multiple times, she never came over to our table. After paying a $96 check plus tip, we were very disappointed with the level of service and will not be returning to this location."
