"I recently dined at the worst restaurant ever. I have tried pho in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York City, and now in Phoenix, but this place was terrible. I specifically requested extra brisket without extra fat, and paid extra for an XL portion. However, they sent me chicken broth instead of brisket pho. I have never experienced such a bad dining experience. I would recommend avoiding this place altogether."
