Would honestly give 0 stars if I could. Terrible service and after paying $60 for bowling for the lane to not work twice and only get to play for 10 minutes the manager only wanted to refund half the price. Bartender said she'd bring my drink over and never did. Completely forgot until after I got my refund for the bowling. Very disappointing experience especially visiting sacremento for the first time.

It 's hard to give a 1 star rating to a place recommended by friends, but the experience my group of 6 had for an office lunch earned that score. The service was SLOW and the staff shared they were understaffed after our complaining about the delays. It took 10 15 minutes for our drink orders to be taken, and those didn 't arrive for 30 minutes after being seated. The 3 sharable (appetizers) didn 't arrive for 30 minutes after ordering. Then our main meals were ordered, and those took another 30+ minutes to arrive. Brought the family here for dinner on a Saturday night and we were soooo disappointed. It was not busy, and now I know why. Most of the food was awful. The hummus was not something I would label as hummus , it tasted like a can of chickpeas crushed up with no other seasoning at all. The chips were moist and chewy, the pita was hard and crunchy, the kids chicken strips was a semi-burnt fried chicken breast cut into strips and actually looked scary, my kid wouldn 't touch it. The only things the family said were good was the mozzarella sticks and fried brussel sprouts.
