"4 years ago I rated this place 5 stars. Since then the size of the chicken fingers has shrunk to about half and the fries have taken a turn that wasn't for the better. After today's lackluster meal, I'm removing Canes from my list of restaurants. Service is always great, but pricing and shrinkflation are very clearly real things the chain is dealing with."

Lacking on quality of service. Fries cold and look like leftovers. Service not as good anymore. Not worth my money.

Very unhappy. First trip bread was left out of meal. This trip we got home to find we had 3 meals rather than the 4 we ordered. When I called the manager, she seemed unconcerned which only added to the aggravation. Not even an apology.
