"The car in front of us decided not to order at the speaker but at the window. Please educate the older folks that all this does is mess up the drive thru n cause ppls orders to be prepared, bagged n then sit there while I get ur food hot. Not cool. At least the worker apologized when we finally got to the window n acknowledged that it 'messed up the flow ' as he said. The food was good but the wait was LONG."

I love rallys but thank god they closed the one in Hamilton,but now I have to drive 18 miles if I want rallys but also I wouldn't of ate from the one in Hamilton anyway from what I've seen in my food,that location just couldn't get decent good workers

the drivethru lady cut the robot to tell us to move forward, yelled at us when we arrived there, and only half of our order, which was also wrong and a less expensive article than we paid. Food good, but it was not worth who knows if they spit in it and something like this.
