"I received a response from my last post of Rally's. Thank you for that. That tells me you care. Know this, anything I say is not a reflection of your food, or its quality. It is painfully obvious that the people that work there have no desire to be there. It's not just your establishment though, to be honest. The company I work for keeps me traveling, 15 states in the last 3 months. The I don't wanna be here attitude is everywhere, I find it very odd. Customer service seems to be gone. The food is 80% of the time Cold and ever fresh.l, and ever taste likes its done. Cheese is hardly ever melted on the burgers.! Also they are always out of something or another!! Mainly ICE CREAM!!! THANK YOU BUT YEAH NO THANKS NOT A RALLY'S GIRL HERE!! LOL ???????

Very dirty place. Recieved unedible, refrigerator cold, black and yellow meat substance. I ordered a Rally burger. As a Chef, this meat was not fit for human consumption. This meat was old, overcooked and then re-froze. The edges were black and not from being burned. As a restaurant you have a responsibility and your customers deserve better than this, this food is not close, you should close your doors if you cannot provide proper service. You 're going to end up killing somebody. I won 't be back.

I visited this restaurant on 8/25/22 and ordered the deep sea double fish sandwiches with light tartar sauce. When I got back to work, I realized the sandwiches were missing the sauce. I called the restaurant and they insisted the sauce was included. I offered to send a screenshot of the sandwiches, but they declined. The manager took my name and assured me they would replace the sandwiches. I returned on 9/6/22 to pick up the replacement sandwiches, only to be told they had no record of my order from two weeks ago. The manager was present both times and seemed dismissive of the mistake. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer service.
