"First thing I noticed was how well prepared the meat is here. All meats. The karage was excellent. The cha shu also excellent. And the pork butt was excellent. Even the egg was excellent. The broth was good. The noodles were the right texture and soft. The tonkatsu broth was decent. The meat was sliced so thin though, so not much substance.You put your name on a wait list when you arrive. Not a very large place so it can get quite busy. Quick service though."

I believe this restaurant price is the best ! Simple one only $10, less topping but still come with 2 pcs chashu. Owner said because for Japanese , they more care about noodle quality than other like topping , so they create $10 simple one for Japanese .We order signature one , shoyu one inside come with 3 pcs wontons so delicious !

After I read all the good reviews, I decided to give it a try since the one (Maru Ichi) I went all the time closed down in Mountain View. It turned out to be a great place. I liked the ramen I ordered, added pork belly and bamboo. It was fantastic lunch.If you wonder how authentic it is. Here is the answer: from the chef to waitresses, are all Japanese.
