"Worst customer service experience ever! The drive-thru line was backed up because of a wrong order, and the staff took an incredibly long time to fix it. I ended up being late for work and didn't even get my burrito—there was no time for me to wait anymore. I called and spoke to a staff member named Jadira, who informed me that the owner wasn't available. When I asked to speak to a manager, she told me that there wasn't one on duty either. Then, Jadira had the audacity to ask, "What do you want?" Excuse me?! Is that really your idea of customer service? I explained that I was stuck in the drive-thru and late to work because they couldn't manage the order correctly, and she argued with me, claiming that the customer kept changing her order. That was a complete lie! They kept messing it up. I told her that they owed me a burrito and that I wouldn't be paying for it. She basically replied that they didn't owe me anything. I said I would see if the owner felt the same way. We shall see!"

"I finally tried this place yesterday and for five taquitos rolled with the small street taco taco shells. It was 1195. This was the worst **** I've ever eaten. This was the worst Mexican Food I've ever had in my life the worst they don't even have proper vent it was so damn hot in that restaurant yesterday, they had to open up all the doors and all the windows so you know they're full of flies. This food was the worst. I wouldn't feed this to my dog."
