"I tried this restaurant based on positive reviews and they were spot on! There is a huge vegans welcome mural and they mean it! Before I even said I am vegan they said they have vegan and vegetarian options! They were extremely helpful and explained exactly what was being put in my food and to make sure I knew it was all vegan (which I thought was cool of them). The Saltado Bowl was unexpectedly flavorful and delicious! I am going to be a regular at this place for sure!!!!"

I came with non-veg friends who enjoyed all their food, but I had the Tofu saltado, and it was tasteful and full. I recommend this place for a mixed group.

eating is delicious, but ready to consume a lot of high glymic carbs. they can avoid it if they are careful with the menu, but it is not easy. I probably shouldn't even put this in here, but I heard from employees that they don't treat their non-family employees very well. I have not proved to support this statement. do not let them stop going here, but be aware.

I had a tofu salad that had a delicious maissalsa, roasted mais, quinoa, grilled vegetables and black beans on a bed of greens. so much taste in the tofu, grilled vegetables and salsa I did not even use my dressing on the side. it went well with the texture of the crispy green and roasted mais. I love my meal here, will definitely go to my list of go-to-place to have a fast and nourishing meal.
