"too expensive for a loud room, very hard matrazen, half broken and very narrow bathroom (for which it was renovated in 2013), unfriendly staff (reception restaurant). we should have breakfast in the fumoir, as the other tables were covered for lunch. no go!"

eating is always very fine. the restaurant should be refurbished. the chairs have come to some very down. cunning seating surfaces. not very welcoming.

"Was told by a local about this place so thought try it out. The service here was very good from the moment we went in till we left. Food was really good and enjoyed very much. Was not expensive in here as I had expected and I will be making a return here. Quite a little goldmine for the locals"

"I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of this unpretentious restaurant. After a long day of cycling I really felt like a whole burger to replace the calories without making too much effort over my appearance. I chose the Mexican burger who came with spicy salami and a beautiful relish. The burger was excellent and the breadbap with salad leaves and Mayo was also excellent. The order came with part of the French fries and the Sagres beer was included in the cost of meal. It was very quiet when I arrived, but a large group of students/school children soon came to and out to live the atmosphere. Of course, this institution appeals to all ages."

"We come there a few times a year to eat in or to take away. Smiling and warm welcome. Quality service by experienced professionals. The dishes are always delicious, finely prepared and well presented. The meats are cooked perfectly and many things are homemade. Always a pleasure to eat at National or order takeaway. Recommended with eyes closed."

"Really good Brazilian restaurant. I have heard so much about this place but have never tried it until recently. Friendly staff, excellent grilled meat and lovely atmosphere. Be sure to reserve a table since it gets a bit crowded during the weekends."
