"visited stowe and burlington area for the weekend and stayed here to eat! we made a happy stop as we had a big group because they were absolutely full. the staff was very accommodating that in our fraction we had some nutritional restrictions and they were able to prepare something for very short. kalani was our waiter and we loved his service. he has a great sense of humor and even gave us a free cake for my wife's birthday. the food was very delicious and we would definitely visit here again if we were in the opposite."

some of the best tasting vegan food we ever had! fresh, seasonal options. from pfirsich and fruit salad with “feta”, over herbal ravioli in squash cream sauce, to maple cake and coconut cream cake for dessert, everything was so delicious.

revolution cuisine is demanding and yet casual. there is something on the menu for everyone and is usually vegan or vegetarian, with gluten-free options. the owners are every night there and they “forget it”, and their staff is knowledgeable and helpful. we love to go to a restaurant where we can eat many of the dinges on the menu, and so it is our favorite night place in burlington.

the first time I came here, the escape I got was very submissive and subduing. I decided to give him a second chance and was blown away honestly. we have the nacho-Starter, Buffalo-Tacos and their maple and kosspie. everything was incredible! the portions were not too large, but I was very full and satisfied at the end. our server was also great! beautiful place for a fancier start. just wish they were 100% vegan.

"The Lost Cajun should just get lost. I wanted to like this place, but couldn 't. My first visit the service was so terrible and slow I left without getting my meal. I was in the area last night and decided to get a second chance. We all need those from time to time right? It took a few minutes to be acknowledged and seated. Then when we were we ordered drinks. They have wine cocktails so we ordered a sangria and peach Bellini. The sangria tasted vinegary and the peach Bellini looked more like pink lemonade and tasted like water. We then ordered boudin balls which were nearly burnt looking but somehow mushy inside. The sauce was spiced honey mustard. Everyone else 's table received a sample, but we had to ask for one and it wasn 't worth asking for. The crawfish etouffee tasted fishy and sweet. The jambalaya was so dry and everything else was watered down. My partner ordered the trio (gumbo, red beans and the jambalaya). I ordered the boil. I received two clusters of small dried out crab legs, shrimp, potatoes, corn and a half piece of sausage. They put their Cajun dust on it to cover of the tragedy on the plate. The potatoes looked unwashed like they just dropped them in the pot. The garlic bread was so cold, when I bit it, it crumpled it didn 't even have a crunch. They should be ashamed of what came out of that kitchen yesterday. We asked for the check and left. The food was so bad it wasn 't even worth sending back. We spend $65 just to have to go out to eat elsewhere. I am sorry I didn 't take pics, but it was just so l terrible and I wanted to leave. Beware please find somewhere to spend your money."
