"Very cozy place with sweet atmosphere, order everything at the bar, which is also good, waiters are large, wide choice of meals, huge pizza, many drinks, free water with ice cubes, vegetarian, vegan meals, fast cooking, comfortable chairs and sofas, 3 comfortable menus, meals, pizza very useful. Also beautiful views on the walking street of the city centre. I was there several times and there was no reason to regret my choice, always excellent! All recommend)"

Basic restaurant, very nice staff and lots of varieties. Cakes from downstairs were a bit plain, lacks taste, but everything ok, would come again.

Ordered pizza no. 1 The Order was ready to pick up very quick (nice). The pizza has a decent pan pizza dough (also nice), but NO SAUCE (not nice). Having no sauce makes the pizza taste extremely dry. Adding more sauce could greatly change the result of the pizza. There was also not enough cheese. Room for improvement.

"I’m upvoting this a bit, but the service has been impeccable. We got two entrees, both were good (not getting into Michelin anytime soon, but edible). I haven’t compared to other prices locally, but I’d say it’s a smidge on the high side (comparing to Bergen, for instance). Food quality was pretty good definitely didn’t hate anything. I have low expectations for chain hotels usually, but this was good. I’ve come back to restaurants like this at home and been happy. The staff was friendly and attentive, plus the food was good. No complaints!"

"When we were scheduled to stay at the Snow Hotel for the night, our travel agency instructed us to bring our luggage to Rica and leave it there overnight. We were then picked up and transported from Rica to the Snow Hotel later that evening. Upon arrival, we checked in our bags at their secured room and the woman at the front desk kindly offered us the use of their sauna and lounge. Despite not being paying guests yet, they graciously extended this hospitality to us. They also provided helpful information about our transportation arrangements for the following day. The lounge had a large super-automatic coffee machine and comfortable couches. Although I did not see the rooms or stay overnight, I would consider staying at Rica if I ever return to Kirkenes, based on the excellent treatment we received during our brief visit."
