You can also order other dishes such as meat, salads etc. all very down to earth Swiss cooking at a reasonable price for Swiss standard. Also bear in mind, the Restaurant is out in the middle of nowhere you actually need a navigation system to find it. We enjoyed the food but unfortunately the service was terrible. We got ignored quite a few times. One waitress forgot the coffees we ordered and the other one found it more important to set new tables vs attending us. The food here is awesome huge portions there was a big variety. Its a great place to bring guests visiting Switzerland. the best chocolate lava cake in the country so far.

The overall price level is quite high, standard small salad for 11 CHF and half lit Hahnwasser for 5.60CHF. No bottles of mineral wasser is served. Roesti was OK, nothing special.

Service good and food up to expected standard. 1 of our party was lactose intolerant and asked the waitress about the ingredients used. Surprisingly neither she nor the duty cook was able to answer as to what was lactose free and what was not lactose free a big negative point which needs addressing. The restaurant is off the beaten track, the nearest bus stop is some 2 km away car travel recommended.
