"I noticed that the last review for the Royal Plazza in Montreux dates back a very long time and things have changed a lot since then! I have known this hotel and all ils restaurants for 25 years and have seen it evolve. If the hotel deserves its 5 stars for its location, this is no longer the case at all in relation to the quality of its service for the last few years. When you call, the people are polite but just like in a pizzeria! No special effort is made for customers. As for the food, it is good, as it would be in a pizzeria, nothing more. Very desappointing."

Wir hatten wieder ein sehr angenehmes und leckeres Abendessen auf der Terrasse in Montreux Der Service war ausgezeichnet und das Essen sehr lecker Die Aussicht war fabelhaft an einem schönen Abend Ein bisschen teuer, aber lohnenswert

Hotel an toller Lage direkt am See. Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gross! Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten wir das Hotel wegen seines SPA Bereich gebucht. Das Schwimmbad war aber infolge Umbauarbeiten geschlossen (keine Information auf Website). Auch die Jacuzzis sind Geschlechter Getrennt, was uns gar nicht gefallen hat! Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut aber den Preis von 40. pro Person nicht wert.
