When I was ready to pay, the girl looked at the voucher and said her system is down and could not process the voucher. She charged me for two Entrées at the regular price. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The food was also quite good. It was a great dinner on the patio. I also received my order quite quickly.

This is the last time I come to Layton Rumbis. This was the third time I was waited by the manager Eileen and she is very rude. I get much better service from the Riverdale location and all those who waited for me. I'll make the extra trip out there. Customer service is everything.

Buyer goods!!! They're all loaded to the sauce and don't tell them? They did it to the couple before me and when they did it to me, I called them.75 cents of a meal adds in the course of the day. They will probably skim those until the end of the night, as two employees verbally admitted that this practice is obligatory by the manager and although they are aware that it is unethical and absolutely wrong, they willingly participate in this behavior and fraud. This is wrong and must be addressed
