"I've been going to the Rustic House Los Altos since I first did a couple of months after they opened. The first visit was truly memorable as it was during the Los Altos Art Wine Festival and I spent a total of 7 hours at Rustic House, 3 different stretches and closed 3 separate bills...LOL From the Managing Partner Jerry Beltramo to his Staff and ofcourse the Food, everything was on point. I don't recall ever having anything negative to say about the Rustic House Los Altos. I would highly recommend the Rustic House if you are a Oyster/Seafood Lover, or just a Lover of Good Food. Enjoy your next Visit!"

We came here for brunch and ordered grilled oysters, cheese bread, cioppino, and scallop pasta! The serving size is very generous! Their staff are extremely friendly and amazing!

This was our first time here and it was amazing! I am not a huge oyster person, but David (bartender/server) recommended both oyster options and cocktails that were delicious! The Izzie's old fashioned is a strong drink but still smooth and the House Buck was super refreshing! As for the oysters? The Kumamoto oysters are delicious and sweet and the Bourbon Grilled Oysters are AMAZING! We'll be back to try the rest of the menu!

My friend and I had the most amazing slow down at Rustic House. Our delightful waiter Octavio guided us through the menu, made sure we knew it was happy hour, brought us 4 different hot sauces, and made the experience uber delightful. The setting of this restaurant is wonderful whether you are catching up with an old friend or enjoying a larger party of people. The food is really great and presented beautifully. I'll certainly be heading back, and hopefully we'll have Octavio again!

"We wanted a hole in a wall place to have lunch while in this area. We looked up this place ahead of time and headed over here after our morning activity. Has their own lot and two men and women restroom located outside in their parking lot. Indoor and outdoor seating. We opted for indoor and the man who checked us in got us a high chair for our little one. Lamented menus and the decor is very outdated and homey. Service is a minimal which we are perfectly fine with. The food took a while to come out even though we arrived shortly after they opened at 11am and it wasn't overly busy. Yaki Onigiri $6.95 (2 pieces. Grilled rice balls, soy sauce butter flavored, no filling Well done. All three of us were able to enjoy this. Came out pippin' hot! Dohatsuten Ramen $16.25 (Spicy garlic minced pork, shredded chili, chashu pork, stewed taro pork, cabbage, carrots, green onions, chives, bean sprouts, nori seaweed, half egg My husband's. He enjoyed it. Taro Pork Ramen $15.95 (simmered tender pork belly, green onions, bean sprouts, spicy bamboo shoots, nori seaweed, half egg* extra noodles. We both got ours with Tonkastu broth. Unfortunately, I felt like the broth was spicy. I don't like spicy and we came with our toddler in which I was sharing my noodles with. I can eat spicy but it doesn't make my dining experience enjoyable. My pork belly was soft and delicious. We won't be coming back unfortunately as I don't want to be surprised by a spicy broth. Price point is good."
