"I was insulted by the attitude towards relatives. It was cold in Miami, 67 Farengets and I wanted to drink coffee. 11:11 But the door was never opened to us. the company of waiters continue to have breakfast, not the attention to the customers who fill the door. when the door was still opened and we asked who the manager was, large building woman extinguished the table in black clothes and said she was the manager. She didn't apologize for this situation, but was very rude to me. It upset me a lot. This episode has really spoiled the impression of the new facility, it is clear that here customers are not respected at all, if customers are respected here, then you should not expect delicious...

I had a Mexican burrito. There were many of the ingredients listed and had an absurd amount of onion. My side of Pico de gallo also lacked cilantro and was really only crushed tomato with lime.

It was happy hour, 2 for 1 margaritas, I had classic crispy tacos, it was delicious! I couldn't stay for the second Margarita so they could take me, because I didn't drive and stay around the corner in the hotel! I've been surprised since I've been from New Orleans, where every restaurant needs to drink!

I wouldn't recommend this place. We ordered nachos that were cold and just evil. There was hardly anything on them and they were almost $15 everyone. I guess I only use California nachos, they know how to do them. For 3 orders from Nachos and 3 drinks it was over $72!! What?!!! We ordered a Mountain Dew, not. The van showed us how my drink spilled everything and in his car was like my fault. We asked for delivery and had to go to the street to get food. That was a terrible experience.

"I took my husband here as a surprise for our anniversary. It was our first time in this location but we've been to the one in Turkey. I called in ahead of time to let them know we'll be there for our anniversary and asked if they do anything. The person on the one stated we bring out a premium dessert to you and our servers will over to say Happy Anniversary. I asked if he could notate it on the reservation and he said he would. We had our dinner and they brought out the dessert they have which is the bakhlava. Now being in the hospitality business and prior experiences, restaurants bring out the dessert complimentary when there's an occasion and that's what I understood from the host that answered the phone. Anyways, they brought out the check and charged us for the dessert. I kindly asked to speak with the manager, Lawrence and explained to him the sit and showed him the call on my phone. He left and checked with the person that answered the phone and stated that there was a misunderstanding and we don't offer complimentary dessert. Now as a courtesy and from such a high end restaurant, you would think they would go ahead and take care of the dessert as this is what was explained to me but he rudely refused. He was not polite or helpful whatsoever. I for sure will not be going to this location again and definitely don't appreciate how Lawrence the manager had treated us"
