"While the concept is greatly appreciated, it’s easy to see that the owner of this place clearly has never worked in a single restaurant. Food: 2.5 stars For the total bill of $65 including 2 kinds of tea service (Russian and English) we got 2 kinds of tea, good smoked trout, good scone and wilted and discolored fruits and vegetable. When you are paying that much, you at least want your food to be not old. After a long flight across the country, I came here with a good friend of mine on a Friday evening to catch up over a warm cup of tea and great small bites.

I just love it. The tea is superb, the food clean, inventive and reasonably priced, the service is friendly and the ambiance warm. They even have a vegan chocolate cupcake. What more could a girl ask?
