"So the menu states 'kids fish nuggets ' and chips which is okay. the menu then states 'fish and chips ' which one would think means exactly that fish and chips! But no, the restaurant sells fish nuggets and chips as fish and chips! Kids get...4 nuggets and adults get 6! So if you 're expecting fish and chips when you order fish and chips, you will get fish nuggets and chips! When I questioned the lady behind the counter, she became very rude and condescending! Spoilt our lovely day in Rhine Falls"

Had coffee in the afternoon on the terrace..!! Didn’t have snacks, they only had actual cooked food, but the view was awesome ..!! We were at the restaurant, not the self-service area

when entering the restaurant we were not recognized and waited for a co-worker. a pass to server passed and was extremely rude. After I was treated awfully, I wouldn't have thought I wanted to give my business to this restaurant.

we ordered fries, mushroom salad, prosecco wine and Hugo cocktail. cutlery was not given to us. we had to get it from the kitchen in our own. serviettes were not given. when we were 5, they only gave 1. to rest the serviettes themselves. the food was good. the cocktail was good. but poor and discriminating service.
