"The taller, slim guy with dark hair treats some customers way better than others. He 's not rude, per se, but it 's a little humiliating to be talked to so abruptly and short, while treating the next person like a princess. Such as: Being greeted as soon as they walk in. Got the classic pearl milk tea, it was pretty good the boba was very chewy fresh. But in my opinion the tea didn’t satisfy me not much flavor maybe because I got 50% sugar but not sure. Other than that service was great and quick !

Lacking in customer service. They were all snacking in the food prep area when I picked up my order. I'm not door dash. I'm a customer. Seems they treat door dash or online orders differently than walk up orders. And I wanted a smoothie and got a iced milk tea. Oh well. Good pearls!

I ordered two blended drinks. One coffee with ice cream and strawberry with ice cream, both with pearls. Couldn’t finish quarter of each cup as it had chunks of ice, and my coffee drink was also icy, with chunks of ice on the bottom. Pearls get weird texture and shape if they sit in the icy mixture, they get hard and wrinkly, gross. Complete waste of $19.I also noticed that every single employee had a mask on. Are they still force to wear them? Or do they get sick there often
