"it is unfortunate when a business is held hostage by bad service and bad management. We had a party of 8 that was neglected by the original server because there was a bigger party after us . Incorrect orders, incorrect drinks, food came out without the rice and beans or without tortillas, a total mess. So things started to get heated, our original waitress abandoned us and then comes another guy to serve us. He could not produce the simple tortillas for the meals that had come out 10 minutes earlier and when the second waiter was asked for a tea refill l, he rolled his eyes to me. I had enough and I went to talk to the manager. The manager was somewhat apologetic, however he came to the table once and never asked to be apologized for the terrible service. At the end I was surprised that was no effort on making sure we were ok or to simply say we are sorry this happened. He started to argue with me, defending his apprentice. The manager claimed that the restaurant was his restaurant and he thought I was not going to pay him, which I did. So he literally asked me to leave, what a horrible experience. No management skills, terrible service, what an unfortunate event . I wished we had gone elsewhere so we could have enjoyEd our family time with decent service. Oh btw the food was B"

"A great experience! I was extremely pleased to have a dinner in which I didn't feel rushed to get the next customer seated. The food was prepared professionally. Being it was our first experience, we were treated wonderfully and had everything explained. It's someplace I highly recommend that everyone try at least once. For us, we will be back again! We had the 4 course meal and by far our favorite was the shrimp and lobster cooked in the mojo seasoning. I'm sure my wife would argue a little and say it was the white chocolate fondue with Heath bar melted in it."

"What a great schlotzsky's! We were greeted at the door by a very friendly gentleman and the cashier was so nice as well. I've been eating at schlotzsky's for over 20 years and today's Sandwich looked like a photo and was so tasty! Great, clean and friendly restaurant! I'll be back on my drive through!"

"I was extremely impressed. It's been a long time since I've been out to dinner anywhere other than the more typical casual restaurants. While the atmosphere is casual enough so you can be comfortable no matter what you're wearing, the dining room and the attention of the staff make you feel like you're in a fancier setting. The food was excellent, with a similarly striking variety of casual vs fancier dishes. I was struck by the presentation of my dessert a slice of lemon chiffon cake with a delicately designed sauce next to it. That small detail of the sauce really made me appreciate the quality of service that I was experiencing."

"I'm here for lunch. it was very affordable and they had fast service. I was disappointed to learn that all curries and pad thai fish sauce use. the lunch specialties come with suppe and salat, but I was careful – even if I had asked the server about vegan options at order, she brought me suppe that had huhn. not cool, but no big thing. even without suppe and salat, the midday plate is a generous serve and worth the price. I had the pleasure that was delicious, but not exciting. I also love that they divide brown rice without fee."
