"So slow. Not even that busy and it takes 30 minutes for one burger order. Try and order a shake and they tell me they are not offering them currently. Ok. Then I see two shakes made right after. SMH. Order ahead and wait an additional 30 minutes and your food will be coming off the grill. Although all Smashburger seems to be this way. If my kids didn’t want to come here I would avoid. I could go to a regular dine in restaurant and get faster service ordering for a family."

Staff was friendly and helpful. Place was clean but empty. Food was not worth the price paid. Burger was soggy and had minimal flavor. The fries were good though. Drink selection was minimal.
