"I work in the mall I always have a smoothie at least twice a week and today was the worse experience ever. I ordered a smoothie that was not to my liking and I ask if I could pay the difference for another size and what I really wanted. Well the owner herself says that I have to pay for another smoothie the way that I like it terrible way to run a business I will not return to Hamilton place smoothie king."

Went to grab a smoothie today and the employee working seemed pretty angry from the get-go. After he gave me my drink, I said “have a good day” in an attempt to be friendly because he was quite rude, and he responded with a snappy “that won’t happen.” I get having a bad day but geez:(won’t have a good day acting like that!

Smoothie King in Hamilton Place Mall has the best fruit smoothies around. We haven’t been there in a while, so today while shopping we thought we would treat ourselves. And we’re glad we did! I had the “Orange X-Treme” and it was excellent!! Just exactly the flavor I was hoping for. Excellent, friendly service. I recommend this place to anyone in the area.
