"Staff is awful. Jayden or jayde whatever her name is doesn’t blend the smoothies. Messes up on order had to make 3 times and still wasn’t right. She’s rude before you even get your drinks. Katie working with her too is a nightmare. They both don’t know what they are doing. I purchase smoothies as much as five days a week and at least twice a week during winter months. This young lady charged me $1.89 for sugar that comes with the smoothie. That's a first and a last at the Tunnel Blvd. location. Not smart to lose a customer for $2.00

Forgot to ask for cinnamon in my smoothie so when I went to get it I asked her if she could put cinnamon on it and she told me no I said you can’t just sprinkling some on top of it she said no I can’t do that it’s already been made I don’t understand why they couldn’t do that that’s ridiculous because last time I went they did do it!
