at 8:30 a.m. when they were closed at 9:00 a.m., they were already closed and locked. they simply sound through the window “Sorry”. I understand 5-10 minutes, but half an hour?

I was not impressed with the service at go! I waited 24 minutes for a smoothie, only to realize that my order had been completely forgotten. It seemed like the workers were overwhelmed and unsure of what was happening. It's disappointing, especially since the restaurant is conveniently located near my home.

why is it that it says its closing at 9 o'clock, but this is the third time that I think it opened to 9 o'clock making the journey about 25 minutes away and they are closed, the first time that I was there about 7:30 o'clock the doors were closed, the second time that I was just going to open it 8:00 doors were closed lights out and the third time that I was closed like 814:
