"I would have given 1 star, but the customer service is decent. as stated in an earlier review, the employees must be trained to make the smoothies the right way. they use water because some of the smoothies are so thick, but I don't want my smoothie to be watery. it can be faster and more convenient for them than the worker to pour, but I'm tired of having made it again, just being disappointed. I gave all the chances I could give. it is obvious that it is simply not made directly at the exchange Blvd location. the sad part is that this load is the next, so I have to go out of my way to get a smoothie king."

already overpriced and now no Friday special contract. I was really looking forward to coming as tasty bites on friidays. I'm disappointed.

the personal must be trained as to make smoothies. if they do not tell them exactly how to fix it, it will not be to their taste. I dropped off from there, and when I go, I'll only buy 20 ounces. I hate watery smoothies!

love the smoothies and the customer service is just as great! I had ignorantly ordered from the load at a night in which they closed early due to water damage. there were some confusion about how to cancel the GrubHub order so that I was given the phone number of the manager. she was so incredibly nice and went beyond and beyond to the inconvenience, despite the fact that it was beyond her control. combine this with the excellent smoothies always made on request, I am now a loyal customer!
