Very weird and unprofessional experience this morning. I submitted an online order that had not even been started yet. While I am waiting in the waiting area, a young man is sitting there who I assume is a child or relative of the employee working. He is watching a movie or videos on his phone that were blasting “ all across the store. Then I’m told they’re out of bananas and spinach? Isn’t that the base of the majority of your smoothies. As a small business owner myself, I find that unacceptable. The service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered a banana boat smoothie and a mango delight smoothie. The banana boat smoothie didn't have any bananas in it and tasted like sugar and yogurt. I have ordered this smoothie many times before and it has never been like this. I politely informed the server that it didn't taste right and there were no bananas in it. He simply responded with an "oh" and asked if it was a banana boat. I confirmed that it was, and he just said he had put banana in it. My daughter was feeling unwell and asked me to bring her some medication and fruit so she wouldn't have to go out. I decided to surprise her with a fruit-filled smoothie from Smoothie King. Mi'Shayla was very knowledgeable about all the different options for smoothies and quickly took my order. I ordered two 40oz Immune Mixed Berry smoothies, a 40oz Activator Blue Strawberry smoothie, and a trail mix. She efficiently rang up the order and quickly prepared the smoothies, labeling each cup and offering me a drink carrier. She was kind, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process.
