"Terrible customer service they first kept saying the coupon the manager gave me wouldn't work and tried only to give me 3$ off for a BOGO then proceeded to just hand the smoothies over and walk away and then made two of the smoothies wrong and now we have to wait in a 20 minute line because they don't have the main room open for the public. The employees and management were rude, the order accuracy was poor, and they were unhelpful. I do not recommend this place at all, it was a terrible experience overall.

Terrible customer service!! Will never come to this location again. They had me pull up and served 6 other customers before I came up to the locked door for them to serve a couple more. By the time I got my smoothie it was watered down and not blended properly

First time and I love it. I had the angel food smoothie with added whey powder. The person taking the orders however could be more people friendly. The person taking payment and passing out the smoothies on the other hand was much more people friendly. If it was one in the same she can?t multitask. Speak up, sound excited, seee you next time.
