I live in SD but saw Sonoratown Tacos in LA on Netflix (Taco Chronicles) and I had to try them! Open flame you can taste them as soon as you walk in!!!!!

They don't use powder-free gloves. Powder-free gloves are suppose to be used for foodservice to eliminate the risk of cornstarch powder contaminating food.
