"I have been eating Sopa's for several years because the food is delicious, authentic New Mexican food and I never leave hungry. A few weeks ago however, I had a disappointment when I stopped in for my traditional enchilada dinner. As usual, the food arrived and looked delicious and plentiful. After shoveling a couple of delicious forkloads in my mouth, I noticed something was amiss. What originally appeared to be the usual full mound of enchiladas, papas and rice was actually a thin layer of each on a convex (raised in the center) plate. Now, I don't eat out often but I can honestly say this was the first time I have ever seen this illusion used by a restaurant. We've all seen it in grocery stores in such things as bags of chips filled mostly with air, but on a plate, in a restaurant really? The quantity of food was at least a third less than usual and, although still delicious, left me hungry at the end of the meal. I understand costs have gone up everywhere, and I'm sure that Sopa's has been affected by this as well and is trying to find a way to maintain their profit margins. I don't know about the majority, but personally speaking, I would gladly pay another dollar or two for a full plate than to have someone try to dupe me into thinking I am still getting the same quantity for the same price. I wonder how much those tricky plates cost. I love Sopa's quality but when it comes to the food industry, quantity can be just as important to an strong appetite. I sincerely hope they re evaluate their approach and return to traditional plates filled with their delicious food. PS My ratings reflect my disappointment with this practice, not the quality of their food. "Very delicious chicken. I am not a fan of Asian foods, but this place won my heart, it was just really spiced, and cooked excellent my chicken kewers were not chew (it just pulled right apart) I even went there the next day. my engagement, which a hard critic ate his whole plate and doesn't argue about going back. teriyaki express has two new customers for life if they continue to make so delicious food"

"Had to try the King Benny combo as it was my first time going, and it was so tasty! $12.65 for a burger with a lot of toppings, melted cheese, and a perfectly toasted bun. Combo comes along with a helping of fries and a drink. The service from buying to leaving was 5 minutes, and there was at least 4 people in front of me. Definitely A+ work. They also send you on the way with as much ketchup as necessary to make your meal the best. Will definitely be back for more in the future."

"I visited this restaurant on two separate occasions, both times expecting them to be open until 10 PM, as indicated on Google. However, they actually close at 9 PM. When we arrived, the girl at the window saw us enter the drive-thru but instead of informing us about their closing time, she simply closed the blinds and pretended we weren't there. It would really help if you updated your hours for everyone’s benefit, especially if those aren’t your regular closing times! Additionally, while I was waiting in the drive-thru, I called to ask the young lady whether they closed at 9 PM or 10 PM, but I didn’t receive any help."

"The restaurant was clean comfortable the service was outstanding the food was delicious the refried beans were so creamy my taco salad with so crispy the chip bar is amazing you can eat the chili you want with your food I loved it I recommend this place to anybody that likes Mexican food and I definitely have been there before and will continue going"
