"After hearing excellent reviews from my colleagues, I finally decided to check out this restaurant, despite it being a bit expensive for me. I tried the spinach and bacon salad and the greek goddess salad, and I enjoyed both. I especially liked that they were served with a slice of incredibly soft and tasty focaccia bread. The customer service was not as good as I had hoped, likely due to the busy lunch hour rush. I recommend placing an order in advance if you plan on dining between 11am-1pm. During my visit, my friend ordered a salad before me and was served within five minutes, while I had to wait over 10 minutes after she received her order. The service at this restaurant is incredibly quick. I was so impressed with the cinnamon roll I had on Monday that I am returning today, just two days later. It was delicious! I highly recommend asking for it to be warmed up - it is so tasty and fluffy.

This is a great place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee and relax. The staff is friendly and there are power outlets available for convenience. They offer a wide selection of Peet's coffee, sandwiches, and pastries. It's a perfect spot to spend time with loved ones and enjoy some delicious food. The sandwiches are big, filling, and reasonably priced. The service from the staff is excellent and welcoming.

I am knocking off a star due to the fact that, while overall excellent quality of the food and beverage offerings, the lack of adequate staff to service the influx of customers leaves quite a bit to be desired. I believe that if Speciality's hired an employee or two more they would nip this problem in the bud. The atmosphere is upbeat, maybe a bit too loud with questionable accoustics to deflect loud voices (everyone in Sacramento seems to scream at each other! and the background music playing. I would like to return on a sunnier, warmer day and take advantage of the attractive patio seating outside.
