"I'm not sure how or how I lived in Bridgton, I haven't tried the standard Gastro Pub yet. Legitimate the best burger I've ever had! They were organic grass fed smash burgers with local apple wood smoked bacon, cheese, their home sauce, salad and pickled red onions. We also tried the Elote with Chipotle sauce, this crazy crumb cheese, Cilantro and lime! It was delicious. we decided to cut a order of pommes they were local potatoes hand and they had sooo many sauces to choose from we have curry ketchup and feta aoli "

GAHH! I can't say enough about this place. Absolutely fabulous food and beer selection. Sweet picnic tables in front and the best service! I feel like you could not go wrong with something on the menu, but the Brisket Sandwich, brussel sprouts and chicken sandwich are exceptional. Can't stop over the green sauce on the chicken sandwich. Beer recommendations based on what we originally ordered! All right.

there are no vegan or vegetarian restaurants for miles, so I had low expectations. they do not have a large menu to begin, so we have ordered everything that was vegan (except salat and pommes): tofu bun, Slav, brussel sprouts and shishito peppers. everything was delicious! the sprouts were the best I ever had: burned and crispy with a sweet oil sauce. her tofu bunge was an improvement over a traditional banh mi, and the Slav was simple and amazing. I would go back and order the same and not get bored.

If here after hearing so many positive reviews of people rent our house and it was not disappointed! The food was good, the staff was attentive and friendly, the drinks menu is extensive! I have to try new Seltzer who were delicious! I enjoyed my burger and my group had Brussels skewer, fried chicken, and the beet salad and all were happy with their meals! If I had any complaints, it would be that the big pommes, in my opinion, were small, but they were tasty like the homemade ketchup. I will definitely return!
