"We drove all the way from State College (around 20 minute drive) just to eat this burger. We were not disappointed. The place is located at the corner of a large building. It was fairly empty when we visited (around 2 pm). The place specialises in just one thing. Their burger. It is a fully customizable burger where you select the meat, the bun, the condiments etc. You are presented with a form where you fill out what you want. Prices for extras are clearly indicated. I went for a modest combination though it would be fun to go all out (something I plan to do if I get an opportunity to go there again). We were visiting my daughter at Penn State, we went to State Burger for lunch, awesome food and service. We were a party of 10 and everyone loved their lunch. Burgers and fries were delicious, and we all shared milkshakes and they were awesome.

This place is a MUST for Burger. It builds up with an appetizer and dessert menu. We have the Hang Over Pommes and they were DELICIOUS. I built a Lachsburger with a GF-Hahn. Everything was delicious and the bungalow tasted like normal bread. We will definitely come back!
