"We were there for dinner last Thursday. The quality of my beef fillet was top and perfectly fried to the level of doneness I wanted. My partner's pulled pork burger was super juicy and delicious. The host was very friendly and warm, the service staff was quick and attentive. All in all a successful evening. We'd love to come back."

"Yesterday we discovered a wonderful gem on the Valais sun terrace St. German! A fine dining restaurant called Lauber that can easily be described as a real secret type! The food was excellent and the service friendly. The restaurant appears to have been recently overhauled, is beautifully designed and has its own charm. The view of the Valais mountains and the Rhone plain is an experience in itself. We would love to come back for a trip to St. German!"

"Also an insider tip for vegans and vegetarians. We called and made a reservation a week earlier and the restaurant's fairy godmother cooked us a magical vegan menu. Various dishes were conjured up, all of which were excellent. All I can say to future guests is: “Lah di verwennu”"
