Gluten free recipe needs work. Great staff! Great atmosphere! Great music! We really, really like this place. The toppings are right on point they really have their recipes down. The gluten free crust was too dense and thick. After the gluten free crust is cooked, it’s almost impossible to chew. (Talked to manager, and she said that it isn’t normally like this. Cinnamon rolls are AMAZING, and the normal pizzas looked super delicious. Bummed that ours wasn’t better. Best of luck improving your recipe for consistency.
