"My husband and I were looking for someplace to have a nice seafood dinner. We drive by the Storming Crab often and thought we would try it. Worst decision ever. Our first clue should have been that the parking lot was empty at 6:00 on a Friday night. We ventured in. While some may appreciate the patrons messages on the wall, it was everywhere. A big turn-off. We sat down and I ordered a Hurricane Jay. This was one of the two highlights of my dining experience. I ordered scallops in garlic butter. My husband ordered two lobster tails. Our waitress brought us complimentary garlic crab cheese bread which was excellent. The remaining part of my dinner, not so much. I got 6 small-ish scallops, a...

We'd been to one of these restaurants in KY and loved it. They were out of crab legs and lobster. A woman was literally laying across a bench of a booth. They do not offer iced tea. Dirty. After all this, we decided to leave. Went to another restaurant close by and shared our experience while waiting for a table. A lady said to be thankful that we didn't eat there as she had and it was horrible.

Went out to lunch with my dad and was looking forward to some seafood and I was so disappointed! The menu items for entrees were around $75 a plate…and if you were looking for something for lunch you could eat a host of fried foods for around $15-$20 but nothing healthy.The restaurant decor looks like it was put together by a group of community college frat boys and the place was filthy.Never again.

This place is not what it was when it first opened. I understand inflation but their prices are through the damn roof. Half the restaurant is closed. The decore was nice until they decided to allow customers to draw all over it. Half of the items on the menu where not available when we where there. The wife ordered a truly and they gave her a 24oz, that's a large can if you don't know. That was okay until I realized they charged $6.99 for it. They can be purchased for $3.50 at the Dandy lol. My crab legs where $32.99, I don't think that was a bad price for a pound. All and all our total was $60.99. I don't see that as being a bad price for sea food. The environment just doesn't support that...

"After 2 weeks of heat being only the sun's rays, we needed some heat-heat. En route from upstate NY to IN, we were delighted to find this unassuming little gem of spiciness. We ordered the duck tongue dish, dried fried pork intestines, and chicken feet. My fiance loved the duck tongue. It was an acquired taste for me. "Fun and yum. Previous reviewers are correct about two things: if you sit at the hibachi you 'll leave smelling like the food; and the place needs to be cleaned there are grease stains around all of the a/c vents, which is not a good thing. (note to owners and staff: PLEASE clean the place) We 've been to the 'traditional ' side a few times to have sushi and, though the food is fine, the place to eat is most def. the hibachi. The service on a packed night was very good. You can order sushi to the hibachi tables as long as one person orders hibachi. We were concerned about the size of the entree portions given how much fried rice and veggies were made and served but the portions were very good. I ordered scallops and got at least seven large scallops that were seared and tasty. The folks who ordered steak cleaned their plates (and the shrimp were pretty good, judging by the one that was flipped into my mouth). Some part of the fun and the price is def. having the food cooked at the table, etc. etc. LOTS of tables were filled with families w/young kids or groups of folks out partying but the quality of food does not suffer from having groups there enjoying themselves."

"My husband, son and myself took a chance on this place and were surprisingly extremely happy. Our waitress Nattie was adorable and so super sweet. And the chef (Squirrel, who came over and introduced himself) made all of our dishes perfectly. I had the greek omlet with marble rye, all fresh ingredients, my son had a chocolate chip waffle and my husband had over easy eggs with bacon and sourdough. Oh and the home fries were also very good, although I was surprised by the bacon. The coffee was delicious and the service was fast. I would definitely recommend this place 100%. We are in town visiting my daughter for family weekend, but we will definitely be dining here again, if not this trip definitely in the future."

"I had one of the worst experiences tonight at Tully 's. I was out for my birthday dinner with Ana and her 15 month old daughter. The order that Ana wanted was Buffalo Chicken Tenders (the dinner portion). She asked for two pieces to be kept on the side for her daughter. The server told us they won 't do that. I asked for the manager because I have never heard of such a thing. The manager said they could do it and not to worry. That is good customer service. However, the owner of the franchise said no that he will not allow it. They tried to get us to purchase a meal for a 15 month old. Are you kidding me! I have been going to that restaurant for 7 years and will NEVER walk through those doors again. We left and I had just two sips of my beer. The check was never presented and not should it have been. This owner demonstrated a manipulative and non customer centric way of doing business and that is the furthest thing from my liking when dining out. The customer is always right ... not the owner! What would you have done?"
